You will be in charge of all tasks related to Human Resources and Administration such as salary payments and calculations, CTC schemes, Provident Fund Schemes, Tax execution, observation working time, accounting and supervision of travel expenses
Preparation of reimbursement statements & submission of monthly reporting and statement to Hong Kong and Hamburg.
Moreover, you will be in charge of organizing domestic and international travel, accommodation, hotel bookings, conveyance and arrangements of drivers for staff and guest (foreign and Indian).
You shall assist the Liaison Manager Sourcing Food and the Senior Manager Quality Control in their daily work.
Liaising with guests, suppliers, government officials and/or customers,
Supervise House Keeping & Pantry duties.
